Great staff, great selection, great prices. My dog loves going to the dog wash for his bath which is so convenient everything is supplied and it's economical.

Great staff, selection and prices. Every 2 weeks I take my dog to the dog wash, he loves it and I love that everything is provided and it's easy and economical.

Super pet supply store. Has pretty much everything for most domestic pets and prices are overall decent. One great feature is an open area pet bath station where for a fee you can bath and dry your pet enough room for a small pony or massive dog. Personalized dog tags, treats, food, bedding, litter, as well as a huge selection of specialized holistic meds, urine enzymes for removing pet stains cats and dogs, leashes collars and harnesses toys you name it. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly without being condensing or pushy. Two entrences the main in from the mall and a backdoor for pets etc.

Always friendly staff who are willing to assist. Their selection for cat food is great and they often offer discounts if you buy items in bulk (depends on the item, of course. Ask someone about your pet's food!) Usually you can find whatever you need here but if not, they are kind enough to order it in for you. We only have cats but it looks like the dog washing/ grooming is also quite popular after a day on the trails!

In a classic Nelson experience my dog got skunked after dark, and, stinking of skunk and desperation, I went straight to pet valu needing guidance. The employee who helped me was so great, I’m annoyed I didn’t grab his name! He walked me through exactly which product to use and how, and it was a life saver. You can barely tell my dog got skunked now. Thanks Pet Valu 🐶
